Integration Coaching
Come Home to Yourself.
Integration coaching rooted in presence, authenticity, and embodiment. A grounded space to prepare for meaningful experiences, explore what they reveal, and carry those insights into the way you live.
A Grounded Approach to Integration
Meaningful experiences can open the door to insight, clarity, and transformation, but real change happens through how we integrate those experiences into everyday life. My approach is rooted in presence, honest conversation, deep listening, and helping you reconnect with your own inner direction. Through one-on-one coaching, I offer a grounded space to reflect on what arises, explore what it means, and identify what matters moving forward. Together, we work to translate insight into embodiment through greater self-awareness, intentional action, and meaningful change. My role is not to provide the answers, but to support you in developing greater clarity, connection, and alignment with the way you want to live.
How I Work
Integration coaching is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space to slow down, reflect honestly, and make sense of transformative experiences in a grounded and practical way. I work with clients virtually and in person, offering support before and after transformative experiences, as well as during periods of personal growth and major life transitions. Together, we explore what has emerged, what matters most, and how insights can be carried into everyday life through intentional action, supportive practices, and greater alignment with your values. My approach is not about prescribing a path or telling you who to become. It is about supporting you in reconnecting with your own inner direction and moving forward with greater clarity, authenticity, presence, and embodiment.
Who I Am
My path into integration coaching began through my own search for healing, reconnection, and a deeper way forward. Through transformative experiences, reflection, and integration, I developed a greater appreciation for presence, clarity, authenticity, and the importance of carrying insight into everyday life. These experiences shaped my belief that meaningful change is less about becoming someone new and more about reconnecting with who we already are.
Alongside this personal journey, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Entrepreneurship from Wake Forest University. My studies provided a foundation in human behavior, cognition, emotional development, and research, while strengthening my interest in helping others understand themselves and navigate meaningful change.
Professionally, I spent over seven years building and operating a digital marketing business, where deep listening, communication, and understanding the perspectives of others became central to my work. Over time, my personal experiences, academic background, and professional skills led me toward integration coaching.
Today, I bring these experiences together with training and certification in psychedelic integration coaching. My approach is collaborative, non-directive, and grounded in the understanding that each person is the primary authority on their own experience. I offer a space for reflection, meaning-making, values exploration, and translating insight into intentional action, while supporting each person in reconnecting with their own inner direction.
Testimonials
“Working with Drew after my time with ibogaine at Beond made a huge difference. The experience itself was powerful, but he helped me actually integrate it — make sense of what came up and bring it into my everyday life in a grounded way. He listens deeply, doesn’t force anything, and helps things click naturally. You can tell he’s been through it himself, which makes his guidance feel real and trustworthy. I’m really grateful for his support during that process.”

“Working with Drew has been a really powerful experience for me, especially around trauma. He creates a space where I feel safe to actually face things I’ve been avoiding, without pressure or judgment. He helped me work through some heavy experiences and, more importantly, showed me how to integrate what came up into my everyday life. Drew has a way of bringing clarity and peace to things that feel overwhelming, and you can tell he genuinely cares. I’ve come out of our work feeling more grounded, more aware, and a lot more serene.”

“Spending time working with Drew gave me a different kind of clarity than I’ve found elsewhere. He doesn’t rush to explain things, he creates space for you to actually see it for yourself. What felt overwhelming started to feel workable, and the insights didn’t just stay in my head, they showed up in how I live day to day. There’s a calm, steady presence he brings that makes the whole process feel natural. I’m genuinely thankful for the impact he’s had on me.”

Alongside my academic background in psychology and professional experience in coaching, writing, and marketing, I also bring years of personal experience working with plant medicine, psychedelic-assisted therapies, and transformative healing experiences. Through both personal integration work and supporting others in navigating meaningful experiences, I have developed a deep respect for the importance of preparation, presence, reflection, and ongoing integration. I completed a Psychedelic Integration Coaching Certification and continue pursuing ongoing education in integration coaching, psychology, and personal growth to deepen my knowledge and approach this work responsibly.
